Lasers are the safest and most effect way to remove tattoos. We use the HOYA ConBio™ MedLite® C6 aesthetic medical laser. The MedLite C6 is the gold standard tool for this sophisticated procedure, using up to four different wavelengths to remove multiple colors of tattoo ink.
Tattoo ink is removed by using specific wavelengths of light that pass through the skin but are absorbed by the ink. The rapid absorption of light energy causes the tattoo ink to break into tiny particles, which are then removed by the body’s natural filtering systems. The laser provides maximum tattoo removal while leaving the surrounding skin unharmed. Multiple treatments are required depending upon the type of ink used, the location on the body, and the depth of the ink in the skin.

• Laser Therapy

We use the Candela GentleYAG laser to quickly and effectively treat spider veins. No other laser can match the performance capabilities of the GentleYAG. The laser targets hemoglobin (the pigment in blood) to essentially close down the surface blood vessel and divert blood to deeper, non-visible veins. Spider veins may require multiple treatments, although you can expect some improvement with each treatment. There is no downtime after treatment, however certain activities do need to be avoided for three to five days post-treatment. We cannot treat varicose or bulging veins.
Facial veins and broken capillaries which are often seen associated with rosacea can also be effectively treated with the GentleYAG.

As we age and are exposed to the damaging rays of the sun, we may develop sun spots or age spots which are small brown spots that sometimes appear on the face, chest and hands. Although people with light skin are most susceptible, these spots can emerge at any age and on any skin type. The best prevention is daily sunscreen.
For those who haven’t been careful in the sun, lasers can help restore even skin tone. Through intense light and heat energy, our lasers safely target the pigment in the individual spots. The spot may turn darker in color before the treated tissue sloughs off over the next few days. Spots may require multiple treatments, although you can expect some improvement with each treatment.

Melasma is a common skin disorder that appears as a dark ‘stain’ on the skin and can be triggered by hormonal changes. It can present itself as a dark facial discoloration with irregular borders.
